OBIETTIVI DEL CORSO
Il corso vuole dare le informazioni necessarie a tutti, operatori del turismo, commercianti e non solo, per poter accogliere al meglio i turisti che visitano la nostra provincia.
PROGRAMMA
– Greetings, introduction and welcoming guests – saluti, presentazione e accoglienza clienti
– Basic english grammar structures – strutture grammaticali inglese di base
– Small talk: weather, dates and times etc. – chiacchiere: meteo, date e orari, etc.
– Talking about food – parlando di cibo
– Describing places – descrivere i luoghi
– Shops and landmarks – negozio e punti di riferimento
– Giving directions – dare indicazioni
– Making suggestions – dare suggerimenti
– Writing emails and answering calls – scrivere email e rispondere alle chiamate
– Restaurant and hotel questions and answers – domande e risposte su ristoranti e hotel
